To ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, customers are required to record a clear and uninterrupted video while opening the parcel for the first time.
The video must:
Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
Capture the entire unboxing process without pauses or edits.
Clearly display the product received inside the package.
Failure to provide a proper unboxing video will result in rejection of the claim. Complaints regarding incorrect or damaged products will not be accepted without valid video evidence.
Once your complaint is received and verified:
Our support team will review the provided evidence.
If the claim is approved, instructions will be shared regarding the return or exchange process.
The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and accompanying items (if applicable).
We reserve the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of use, mishandling, or damage caused after delivery.
The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect order placed by the customer.
Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Claims made without an unboxing video.
Requests made after the 7-day reporting period.
All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our quality assurance team. The final decision regarding eligibility will remain at our sole discretion, based on the evidence provided.
