We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The information you provide during registration or checkout is accurate and complete.
You will not misuse the website for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

3. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability details are accurate. However:

Minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or system errors.

In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on MrKay.pk constitutes an offer to purchase a product. An order is considered confirmed only after:

Successful payment confirmation (for prepaid orders), or
Order verification (for Cash on Delivery).

MrKay.pk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We offer the following payment methods:

App Payments (processed securely via PayFast)

MrKay.pk is not responsible for any transaction failure caused by third-party payment gateways or banking institutions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days.
Free delivery applies to orders above Rs. 3,999.
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 270 applies to orders below Rs. 3,999.

7. Parcel Checking & Unboxing Policy

Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video at the time of receiving and opening the parcel.

Complaints regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing items will not be entertained without valid video proof.
Within Karachi, customers may check their order upon delivery.
Outside Karachi, courier services may not allow parcel checking before payment.

This policy is implemented to ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent claims.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

The item delivered is incorrect, or
The item is physically damaged upon delivery.

Complaints must be registered within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Misuse or damage caused after delivery
Claims without unboxing video proof

9. Limitation of Liability

MrKay.pk shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
Loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of MrKay.pk and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of website content is strictly prohibited.
